We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can generate qualified leads, close international deals, and help scale our revenue.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET + React Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and React.js. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications that power real business solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads from platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer.com

  • Write compelling, customized proposals

  • Conduct discovery calls with international clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up system

  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business

✅ Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in IT Sales / Business Development

  • Proven track record of closing international IT projects

  • Strong English communication & negotiation skills

  • Basic understanding of software development & cloud solutions
