We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can generate qualified leads, close international deals, and help scale our revenue.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET + React Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and React.js. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications that power real business solutions.
Identify and generate leads from platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer.com
Write compelling, customized proposals
Conduct discovery calls with international clients
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up system
Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
2–4 years experience in IT Sales / Business Development
Proven track record of closing international IT projects
Strong English communication & negotiation skills
Basic understanding of software development & cloud solutions
