Job Description
- Codekubix is currently seeking individuals who are capable of working as Business Executives and fulfilling a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and the project team.
- These candidates will be tasked with generating business through various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PPH.
- Previous experience with any of these bidding portals, such as Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer, is highly desirable.
This position presents a highly challenging role that provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to enhance their sales and technical skills.
Experience, Skills, and Key Responsibility
- Experience in working on platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and Lead Generation is required.
- The candidate should have the ability to handle both International and Indian clients.
- It is important to establish a portfolio on these websites and secure projects through them. The candidate should also be comfortable with client interaction.
- Additionally, the candidate should possess the skill to write proposals for projects.
- The responsibilities include online bidding on portals, generating business through freelancing portals, independently handling clients, and having experience with lead generation, calling, drafting proposals, client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups, and coordination with the technical team.
- Furthermore, the candidate should be able to create business proposals, presentations, slides, and other necessary documents for potential clients.
Key Skills:
– Proficient in using Upwork and PPH platforms
– Experienced in writing proposals
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to follow up with leads through written or verbal communication
– Technical knowledge is preferred
– Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Required Experience and Qualifications:
– Familiarity with Freelancer, Upwork, PPH, and proposal writing

Desired Candidates Profile:
– Available during EST Time Zone (US SHIFT)/INDIA
– Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Good knowledge of IT services and experience in sales and marketing
– Proactive and excellent convincing skills
– 1-5 years of work experience in generating business in the international market
– Familiarity with getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development and Web Development
– Flexible in nature
Salary:
– Monthly salary range: 5,000/- to 15,000/-
– Additional incentive based on performance
