What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, area of interest, your message, your IP address and browser details. We use the IP address and browser details only to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, share course or project information you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent your information.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in a protected database and emailed to our team. Access is limited to authorised staff. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets a single session cookie on the contact page to protect the form against forgery. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

The contact page shows a Google Map. It loads from Google when you scroll to it (or click “Show map”), and Google may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

If you click Accept on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed and clicks on call, WhatsApp, e-mail and app-store links, and form submissions. This uses cookies and sends anonymised usage data to Google. If you click Decline, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. We use Google Search Console to see how our pages appear in Google Search; it does not place anything on your device.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hr@codekubix.com.
